• Charging order
• Bankruptcy
• Winding up
• Order to obtain information
• Third party debt order
• Warrant of execution and writ of Fi Fa
• Bankruptcy and Winding Up – A comprehensive bankruptcy and winding up procedure
  is provided for both the County Court and the High Court.
